PFM wanted to show case one of our proud Chefs and his buffet.

 Robert Flecker commenced working with PFM end of April and has owned and operated his own restaurant and function venue as well as previously worked on a mine site catering for over 400 men.

PFM have assigned Robert to manage the catering on a mine site in care and maintenance with an average of 20 to 30 residents.  This is a mine site that normally caters for approximately 400 men with large buffet serving areas and Robert manages to present his dinner service as though the camp was at full capacity.

PFM are very proud of Robert.........well done!

Now who says you can’t cater for a small camp with the same quality of service as large camps.
